This Master Degree gives the students the theoretical knowledge and
practical skills needed to perform Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive
Surgery, as well as laying the foundations for continued training of small
animals’ veterinarians. It offers insights in to a research perspective,
from an individual point of view and also as a needed connection to a
preclinical research context or an academic environment.
Once the Degree is completed, the student will have had the opportunity
to know the different options of Minimally Invasive Surgery focused
on small animals, as well as other aspects of clinical management,
scientific method and applied research development, including also
the particularities of Animal Welfare as an essential cornerstone for
the veterinary profession.
