The latest advances in medical imaging and instrumentation technology, combined with increased knowledge of neonatal and fetal physiopathology, have led to the development of new interventions, including fetal and intrauterine surgery for the most common abnormalities. These techniques are available to surgeons and are addressed in our academic courses.
