The Surgery Centre of Minimally Invasive Surgery Jesús Usón, as a centre attached to the University of Extremadura according to Decree 147/2014 of the Official Journal of Extremadura, was authorised to give studies leading to the obtaining of official postgraduate degrees, and therefore considers quality to be one of the fundamental values that must inspire all the actions of its staff and all the services it provides.
The strategies of the CCMIJU include the technological adaptation of its facilities and resources, the dissemination of its activities, the adaptation of the training program for staff and collaborators, which must be translated into the satisfaction of students and public recognition of their achievements.
The CCMIJU, like the UEX, has as its main objective to respond to the needs of society in Extremadura and therefore to the rest of the population of the national territory in aspects relating to training, research, dissemination, transfer of knowledge and innovation in the fields of minimally invasive surgery, biosanitary sciences and health technologies.
