The Centre for minimally invasive surgery, JUMISC, is an institution dedicated to teaching and research in minimally invasive techniques. The result of these activities are devices that have been developed in this Centre, the supervisors who design and validate being professionals in surgery themselves.
Some of the devices developed in our centre are:
JUMISC’s collaboration with many multinationals operating in the health sector is very close, compounded by the fact that that many surgical devices prototypes are tested and validated annually within our facilities.
As with the rest of the activities carried out by this institution, in testing equipment and surgical material, we are committed to quality assurance, and customer needs, adhering to the necessary confidentiality.
